Let’s talk about the role!
You as Kipling Brand Marketing Manager EMEA will help raising our Kipling Brand awareness in the EMEA region. As our ‘brand guardian’ you will be responsible for implementing and activating the seasonal marketing stories, overseeing, and leading all Brand projects from design to execution. Next to ensuring an on-brand implementation you`ll be responsible to work with the wider marketing team for implementing the right content and stories according to the calendar based on the global direction.
Reporting into the Sr. Brand & Marketing Manager EMEA/Global. You’ll work closely with the Global team as one, across all levels and departments of our organization. Your main internal stakeholders are: our Field Sales teams (concessions outlet) the Digital Sales team (Kipling.com & digital key accounts) as well as International Sales (distributors in EMEA) and you’ll work closely with them to ensure brand execution in all consumer touch points.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:
Leading the Kipling EMEA Seasonal Calendar and implementation
Delivering seasonal sales preview events (international GTM sales conference)
Leading the trade marketing structure to deliver innovative and engaging trade tools to help support the success of the sales campaign. You will:
Create the trade toolkit for the season,
Be the point of contact for all trade (offline and online) projects,
Identify new opportunities for B2B marketing to inspire and support the sales teams,
Driving the seasonal consumer campaigns – working with global creative team to deliver 360 concepts at Sales previews to full 360 omni-channel consumer campaigns to market. You will:
Work with the broader marketing teams (Digital and Brand) to implement the seasonal marketing calendar,
Track progress of campaign creation, keeping budget and ensuring on timely delivery and implementation,
Working with the different channel teams to present the final GTM and driving the roll out plans,
Driving communications – Lead the global PR briefing, working with external PR partners to deliver impressive brand awareness. You will:
Develop PR seasonal frameworks & briefings based on key brand & product attributes. Create PR calendar & tactics around seasonal initiatives product, collaborations & purpose stories,
Work with PR agency to pitch PR moments and outcome,
Collate regional PR reports to present overview of PR effectiveness across key markets,
Skills for Success
To succeed as KiplingBrand Marketing Manager EMEA you need to be a digital-savvy, strong communicator and project manager comfortable to navigate all levels within the organization.
As a digital marketing champion, you have a great understanding of digital marketing KPI’s and you`re able to build media frameworks to drive media planning agency & reinforce collaboration with e-com teams.
You should be a highly motivated self-starter with:
Interest in the latest trends and brand awareness competences
Highly Organizational project management skills yet capable to navigate a fluid set up
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing or Communications are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
